Return and Refund Policy

At Loyal and Dependable, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Certain products such as opened consumables, gift cards, digital downloads, and clearance items may not be eligible for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, although it may take longer depending on your bank or credit card provider.
