At Loyal and Dependable, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
